Hello friends! Normally around this time of year I start testing out some new crockpot recipes to share with you all. While I absolutely love the ease of grabbing a bag from the freezer, dumping it into the crockpot and having a delicious meal within 6-8 hours, this year I decided to do things a little differently.
Despite my best efforts, nowadays it's difficult to find time to dedicate 1-2 hours of freezer meal prep. And honestly, if I do find the time, I would so much rather spend it lying on the couch, watching mindless tv, with a large glass of wine. So instead of giving you all numerous recipes that require at least an hour to throw together, I thought I'd share some seriously easy crockpot dinners that can be tossed together in about 5 minutes.
Each recipe contains 5 ingredients {or less} and seriously takes no more than 5 minutes to put together {aka the easiest week of dinners you'll ever have}. Additionally, you will have one dish to clean, other than your dinner dishes. Unless you choose to just eat out of the crockpot which is totally an option I would support.
This is one week's worth of meals, so if you get everything on this list you will be set for the week. Dinners done. So head to the grocery store, pick up the items on this list {if you don't already have some at home} and take a week off from making dinner. Let your crockpot do the work.

Monday - Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes

Thursday - Creamy Mexican Chicken
Friday - Pineapple Glazed Ham
Saturday - Sweet Teriyaki Chicken
All of these recipes can easily be doubled to make more than 4 servings for larger families, or if you want to plan on leftovers for lunch or dinner the next night. Also, if you are totally set on freezing your meals beforehand, most of these recipes can be freezer meals as well. Just avoid freezing dairy products {such as milk and cream cheese}, instead add those to the crockpot the day you cook the meal.
